All students must create a Twitter account. The Twitter account must be created solely for use in this subject and must not include links to personal material other than that which is course related. Students must be mindful of their privacy and respectful of the privacy of the classmates and any others they follow via their social media accounts. Follow the@MargieLibstudy account and ensure that Margie is following their account.
Students must follow the Twitter feeds of at least five of their classmates or other VU Library Studies students studying social media.
Students must follow the Twitter feeds of at least five library related organisations.
Students must post at least ten tweets to their Twitter feed over the course of the semester.
Students must repost at least five tweets for other library related organisations.
Students must post an image via their Twitter account.
Students must post some library related video footage from Vimeo via their Twitter feed.
Students must incorporate the use of a #vulibstud2015 into all their tweets.
Students must link to a resource which discusses using Twitter in a library.
Students must link their Twitter feed to the Facebook page so that they can share posts between them.
Students must embed their live Twitter feed into the sidebar of their blog.
